We can provide the following flat roofing solutions…

Felt

Built up felt roofing consists of two to three layers of bitumen sheet that have been bonded together using either hot bitumen or adhesive. With an average life expectancy of 15 to 30 years, flat felt roofing is economical but has a tendency to crack as it ages and the temperature changes.

Torch-on felt

Torch-on felt is a process that was developed in order to reduce the need to pour and roll hot bitumen. However it does come with the risk of fire as operatives have to use a naked flame to heat the felt during installation. Plus, if installation is of poor quality, there is the chance of inadequate bonding, leading to leaks.

GRP and Fibreglass

Lightweight, strong and durable, GRP roofing systems can take foot traffic and accommodate any movement that naturally occurs in buildings. They come in a variety of colours and accessories, including trims, outlets, cappings and tilt fillets. If used over a habita

EDPM single-ply membrane

Rubberbond FleeceBack  EPDM is manufactured in the USA by Carlisle Syntec. Undisputedly, a trusted worldwide leader in the manufacture & development of roofing systems for in excess of 50 years.

RubberBond FleeceBack leaves rivals behind, not only due to the fleece itself, but also due to the unique patented technology used to laminate the EPDM waterproofing to it. This hot melt technology virtually eliminates all shrinkage that adversely affects many single ply systems.

Liquid Roofing Systems  are cold applied systems for both cold and warm roof designs that cure into flexible waterproof coatings designed to adjust to fixings, seams, welds and joints.

Liquid Roofing can be applied to various materials including felt, concrete, asbestos, metal and more. They provide long lasting protective solutions for all types of flat and pitched roofs including skid inhibiting walkways and balcony systems.

TPO single-ply membrane

Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) single ply membrane is a more recent option for flat roofing and unlike PVC single-ply membrane, doesn’t contain any chlorinated ingredients. It has proven itself to have excellent weathering properties.
